Five Beautiful Drinks — With or Without the Alcohol

These five drinks are designed to meet you where you are. Beautiful, intentional mocktails that can become cocktails when the moment feels right.


No rules. No pressure. Just options.


🧡 1. The Golden Hour Spritz

Mocktail


  • 2 oz fresh orange juice

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey syrup (equal parts honey + warm water)

  • Sparkling water to top


Cocktail Add-In

  • 1–1.5 oz Aperol or Prosecco


Garnish: orange peel + thyme sprig



🍓 2. The Calm Berry Fizz

Mocktail


  • 2–3 strawberries, gently muddled

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz elderflower syrup

  • Sparkling water


Cocktail Add-In

  • 1.5 oz gin or vodka


Garnish: strawberry slice or edible flower


🍃 3. The Garden Tonic

Mocktail


  • 3–4 cucumber slices, muddled

  • Fresh mint

  • Tonic water


Cocktail Add-In

  • 1.5 oz gin or vodka

  • Optional: splash of St-Germain


Garnish: cucumber ribbon + mint


🍑 4. Soft Peach & Basil Smash

Mocktail


  • 2 oz peach nectar or purée

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • Fresh basil, lightly muddled

  • Sparkling water


Cocktail Add-In

  • 1.5 oz bourbon or vodka


Garnish: basil leaf


🫖 5. The Evening Wind-Down

Mocktail


  • Chilled chamomile or lavender tea

  • Lemon peel

  • Optional honey syrup

  • Optional sparkling water


Cocktail Add-In

  • 1–1.5 oz vodka or elderflower liqueur


Garnish: lemon twist
