2 oz fresh orange juice
½ oz lemon juice
1 tsp honey syrup (equal parts honey + warm water)
Sparkling water to top
Cocktail Add-In
1–1.5 oz Aperol or Prosecco
Garnish: orange peel + thyme sprig
🍓 2. The Calm Berry Fizz
Mocktail
2–3 strawberries, gently muddled
½ oz lime juice
½ oz elderflower syrup
Sparkling water

3–4 cucumber slices, muddled
Fresh mint
